1 General Provisions

When creating an account on akk44, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Any account opened with false or misleading information will be closed immediately and all pending transactions will be considered void.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate one account only. If the same person operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be permanently closed and any pending winnings or bonuses may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the akk44 support team immediately. akk44 is not liable for any loss caused by a third party.

4 Financial Transactions & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on akk44 is ৳300. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major banks in Bangladesh, such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, etc.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification. Withdrawals are preferred through the same payment method used at the time of deposit.

4.3 Security & Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, an additional identity verification process may be required. akk44 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud, money laundering, or any other irregularity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → Total balance ৳18,000 (maximum limit applies)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device cannot claim bonuses.
• Bonuses are for use in actual gaming only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• akk44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

6 VIP & Loyalty Program

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the akk44 platform:

• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means or misusing bonuses.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.

8 Gaming Policy & Fair Play
